由四洲集團引入來自日本、擁有超過40年歷史的日本高級甜點品牌YOKU MOKU，於灣仔黃金地段、環境優美的利東街開設Blue Brick Bistro by YOKU MOKU高級西餐廳，是YOKU MOKU於日本以外首家餐廳分店。
