由四洲集團引入來自日本、擁有超過40年歷史的日本高級甜點品牌YOKU MOKU,於灣仔黃金地段、環境優美的利東街開設Blue Brick Bistro by YOKU MOKU高級西餐廳,是YOKU MOKU於日本以外首家餐廳分店。

Calbee PLUS
四洲集團引入日本著名零食品牌Calbee PLUS,於灣仔利東街開設首家Okashi Galleria x Calbee PLUS概念零食店,此乃卡樂B於日本海外之第一間Calbee PLUS分店。
