Murray Catering Services Limited was founded in 1978. Initially, it mainly provided catering management services for civil servants in the Murray Building, a government office building in Central, hence the name “Murray”. Since 1980, Murray has been committed to providing healthy and delicious school lunch boxes for primary and secondary schools throughout Hong Kong. In 2015, it became a member of the Four Seas Group.

Murray’s factory in Tuen Mun is a state-of-the-art food production centre with a floor area of ​​over 200 million square feet. In addition to providing lunch boxes, Murray has also been actively developing different businesses in recent years, including on-site lunch portioning models, institutional catering management, school/college food department management, food processing and distribution services, and event and reception services, continuously expanding its diversified catering business.
